Commercial Lending Relationship Manager Sr.

Responsible for new business development, portfolio management, credit quality and overall relationship management of an assigned portfolio of customers. Generate revenue by developing and maintaining commercial account relationships. Position will have annual growth goals of approximately $20-25 million in loan outstandings, approximately $3 million in deposits, and over $250-500 thousand in combined SWAP and Treasury fees. Annual revenue from this production is estimated at $750 thousand to $800 thousand and will compound annually. The Sr. incumbent will handle more complex relationships/transactions and be sought out as a subject matter expert on the team.Relationship Management:
Actively building on personally-developed network of clients and potential clients to source deals through various centers of influence. Actively calling on prospects and existing clients (utilizing a calling strategy), staying in contact with them and abreast of their needs in order to maintain and grow relationships and broaden the pipeline. Revenue Generation:
Developing and maintaining commercial account relationships in relation to Loan production, Deposit gathering and Fee production. Working with product partners on cross-sell efforts to deepen relationships and improve profitability. Credit Quality:
Pro-actively monitoring credit quality of portfolio through timely financial statement gathering, monitoring client's compliance with ongoing required reporting, properly analyzing financial information and taking or recommending appropriate corrective actions based on acceptable levels. Mentoring:
Working with less experienced team members to mentor and develop them, sharing expertise and insight to processes, etc. Ability to find additional opportunities within existing relationships and assist team members to get the deal approved and booked. Onboarding:
Collaborating with Credit team and outside counsel as needed to prepare credit approval documents and managing onboarding process to ensure transactions are booked appropriately. Maintaining Knowledge:
Staying abreast of industry trends, as well as legislation and regulations that impact the business. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required in Business, Finance or related field Master's Degree strongly desired 12
years of experience in commercial lending (either production or credit roles) Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of financial analysis; credit analysis skills Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills Excellent customer service and community relations skills Recommended Skills Business Development Business Relationship Management Coaching And Mentoring Communication Credit Analysis Customer Service Apply to this job.
