Our brand new, state-of-the-art, Service Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual for our Entry-Level Service Advisor/Writer to join the growing team! This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with some evenings.

Automotive Service Writer Advisor Job Responsibilities include:
Initiates automotive services for mechanical jobs, such as but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, filter changes, etc.
Prepares repair orders (RO) Obtains approval and creating Repair Orders into the DMS.
Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle while keeping them informed of their vehicle's repair progress.

Qualifications:
Entry-level knowledge of the automotive industry and parts Excellent communication and organizational skills The ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers, and senior management Product knowledge Computer and phone skills Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate Job Type:
