You will be learning the business entirely (with great training, of course :

We need a Jane of all trades that is familiar with research (mainly Google), social media advertising, website editing/building, light bookkeeping (QuickBooks), helping with sales call-backs, administrative tasks, sending out info, learning a new career, doing data entry, a bit of clerical work, lead follow-ups, marketing research, sitting-in on conference calls, and other fun stuff (too much to list here), but never saying that's not in my job description.
YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH CHAT GPT/AI, WEBSITE BUILDING (basics of WordPress), AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH TECHNOLOGY IN GENERAL Additional Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Fly a helicopter - just kidding seeing if you're paying attention =) Manage and schedule meetings and appointments Make travel arrangements Source office supplies Produce reports, presentations and briefs Maintain office digital filing and CRM system Have a positive attitude Skills Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar position Type at least 40 WPM and proficiently use PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel and possess a knowledge of Google Docs, Google Search, and internet navigation in general Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office and English proficiency Have a positive attitude (Yes, it's that important) Outstanding organizational and time management skills Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications Ability to prioritize daily workload Impeccable verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality High School degree at minimum - PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage This is a 1099/contract position.
