As the Medical Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operations of our medical office.
Duties and
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient registration, and billing.
2.
Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
3.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to comply with healthcare regulations.
4.
Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
5.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
6.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and satisfaction.
7.
Manage inventory and order medical supplies as needed.
Skills:
1.
Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role.
2.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
5.
Proficient in using office management software and electronic health records (EHR).
