Director of Supply Chain Finance and Analytics - Remote Opportunity
The Director, Supply Chain Finance leads the supply chain financial analytics and reporting team and serves as a liaison between Corporate Accounting and Treasury, the Group Purchasing Organization, outside vendors, IT&S, and other internal stakeholders such as Internal Audit, Legal and Financial Reporting.
Position will report directly to the Chief Procurement Officer.
Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Lead contract pricing and savings opportunity analyses at the corporate level Work directly with supply chain service line leaders as well as GPO to identify financial impact to organization and create opportunities through conduct of conversion savings analyses.
Conduct L2L (like to like) impact analyses for contract pricing changes.
Train and oversee analysts in utilizing supply chain database to accurately pull, interpret, and utilize data.
Manage vendor rebates and admin fees at the corporate level.
Monthly tracking and reporting of vendor rebates that are both processed through the GPO and received directly by SP Treasury Reconcile and validate high dollar rebates and provide facility allocations to Treasury and Corp Accounting Assemble year-end accruals for material vendor rebates and work throughout the year to reconcile and reverse as rebates are received.
Own the Supply Chain reporting and scorecard functions.
Create, vet, and deploy market share compliance reports.
Utilized on the front end to assess potential conversion opportunities.
Utilized in the intermediary to provide data for opportunity analyses.
Utilized on the back end to monitor compliance after conversions are implemented.
Own supply chain reporting for savings and tracking Load approved conversion opportunities for tracking of achieved savings and lost opportunity due to non-compliance.
Work with third party IT vendor to manage and create custom reporting where needed.
Own and deploy the Supply Chain Consolidated Dashboard Conversion Tracking Compliance Inventory Turns Supply expense actual v budget Custom dashboards (e.
g.
TAVR, Neuro) Supply Expense % of Net Revenue Manage Data Integrity in Data Warehouse Partner and manage relationship with IT vendor who provides the consolidation of PO and AP data.
Train internal and external stakeholders on use of reporting application Provide data to external vendors and other stakeholders.
Reporting packages for potential divestitures Raw data as needed for outside vendors to reconcile reporting and analyses.
Compile annual Supply and Services Savings Plan in conjunction with Annual Budget Provide budget guidance to facilities in putting together their annual forecasts for rebates and admin fees.
Work with GPO to receive annual supply inflation factors and provide guidance to facilities.
Assemble consolidated savings plan for organization broken out by Service Line (Cardiovascular, Surgery, Nursing, Lab) as well as Purchased Services and Asset Life Cycle Management.
Track savings against plan throughout the year and update Supply Chain Senior Team
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics Demonstrated leadership in complex organizational structures Proficient in MS Excel Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons Recommended Skills Accounting Assembly And Installation Auditing Conversion Tracking Dashboard Data Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
