Engineering Operations Specialist

As the Engineering Operations Specialist you will be part of a dynamic Engineering Operations team which manages the capital planning, facility seating, process documentation and training for the Engineering organization.
The primary responsibility for this role is to coordinate capital planning and reporting as well as support facility planning & re-configurations for employee seating.
Hybrid or Onsite:
Hybrid (number of days per week to be established once candidate is selected and will work to accommodate both candidate work life balance needs and demand of the role).

Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:
Develop and maintain Engineering capital project status reports.
Support the Engineering capital planning process.
Assist with coordinating Engineering facility changes associated with office and seating.
re-configurations as well as seating for new employees.
Aid in the planning / oversight of office seating capacity for current and future.
Engineering staffing forecasts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications (Required):
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, as this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to interpret financial data associated with budgets, expenditures and establish.
estimates to complete and track project status.
Capability to analyze data and identify potential risks.
Effectively follow up to ensure accuracy and completeness of project status.
Proficient with Excel.
Position Qualifications (Not required, but a plus):
Previous experience with capital projects and coordinating office seating re-location / re-configuration.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT:
This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
