Job Description:
The CSR is responsible for communicating with customers to ensure that all critical deliveries arrive at their destinations on time.
The CSR manages accounts from the initial quote and order processing, through release for shipment.
This position will be required to report any pending delivery delays to management, and work with shipping companies to help get deliveries to their destinations as soon as possible.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer inquiries from customers and provide information in a prompt and professional manner Maintain constant contact with vendors and shipping companies while deliveries are in route Track order, perform necessary follow up and release order for shipment Communicate any deviation in the delivery process to the customer Resolve pricing discrepancies and communicate decision to appropriate party Determine appropriate resolution and administration of complaints, return of product and credits Review, interpret, and prepare customer purchase orders for data entry, ensuring that customer requirements can be met Interface with scheduling, manufacturing, shipping and finance departments Generate reports to management as necessary Maintain work related files and record keeping Adhere to set standards, operating procedures and policies - Customer Service SOP Support ISO initiative to assure adherence to policies and procedures required by customer service Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Associate Degree (post high school education) Preferred:
3 years relevant customer service experience (manufacturing) Strong computer proficiency Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail Ability to apply sound business practices and make decisions Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (communication requirements in writing and over the phone).
Ability to organize and prioritize workload Familiarity with product detail Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
