We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our community.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Your primary focus will be on generating qualified referrals and nurturing leads to achieve sales goals.
Your key duties and responsibilities include:
o Nurturing qualified leads throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in.
o Conducting community outreach activities to generate qualified referrals and increase brand visibility.
o Meeting and exceeding goals related to move-ins, inquiries, tours, home visits, phone calls, outreach, and events.
o Responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling visits, conducting tours, and effectively closing sales based on sales and marketing objectives.
o Reviewing closing strategies regularly for prospects in the sales pipeline.
o Utilizing the customer relationship management system (CRM) for all internal and external sales activities.
o Providing Sales Counselors with necessary resident and family contact information, assisting in the move-in process and completing required paperwork.
o Participating in scheduled sales calls to align efforts with the team.
o Collaborating with the Executive Director and other department heads to foster a positive hospitality-oriented atmosphere for associates and residents.
o Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and prospects, maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
o Effectively communicating with residents, families, professionals, visitors, and associates.
o Contributing to a sales-oriented culture by actively participating in sales and marketing efforts, including assisting at events.
o Training, coaching, rewarding, and disciplining direct reports in collaboration with the Executive Director.
o Completing all departmental-related reports accurately and on time.
o Emphasizing the team's role in sales through collaborative efforts with department heads.
o Attending and actively contributing relevant information in daily Stand-Up Meetings.
o Participating in company-hosted webinars, on-site meetings, and regional/national meetings as scheduled.
o Completing required trainings promptly to maintain certifications and credentials.
o Participating in the Manager-on-Duty program, including rotating weekend coverage as assigned by the Executive Director.
o Performing any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3 years sales/marketing experience with a proven track record excellent communication, customer service and public relations skills Creative, outgoing, energetic, confident, and motivated Passion for elderly demographic We offer a competitive base salary based on experience (55k-70k),plus commission/bonus incentives and benefits package, along with a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
