Tax Preparer/ Financial Services Assistant

Our first priority is our clients overall financial success, tax planning and preparation and wealth transfer strategies.
We want to learn more about our client's personal situation, identify our clients' dreams and goals, and understand their tolerance for market risk.
Long-term relationships that encourage open and honest communication have been the cornerstone of our foundation of success.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years' experience in preparing individual tax returns.
During Income tax season, works hours could range from 20 to 40 hours per week.
Rate of pay would be based on 40% of billable amount paid as self-employed 1099-NEC basis.
After tax season and during tax season the ideal candidate would also be assisting Walter Maziarz, CPA in the financial services in the following areas.
1.
Maintain CRM database.
2.
Help with client applications for investment portfolios.
3.
Gather basic client information and input into CRM database.
4.
Maintain and update client files via electronic filing system.
4.
Assist with client servicing such as making appointments, accepting information from clients, confirming appointments, etc.
