Qualifications we are looking for include 3
years customer service experience, a passion for selling services, attention to details, computer skills, outgoing personailty, good time management, good communication skills, a willingness to learn, basic knowledge of a vehicle, flexibilty between tasks, and a valid driver's license.
ASE C1 is not required but is a plus.
As a Service Advisor at All Around Auto Services Inc.
you're going to build relations with our customers by communicating and selling needed services and repairs.
Your tasks will be from answering phone calls and setting appointments to directing technicians and keeping workflow effective.
You will also be resposible for building profitable estimates, ordering and receiving parts, and making sure our customers are satisfied with services.
You will be expected to get existing and potential customers to schedule and bring their vehicles in to the shop for service and sell them all services needed.
We perform general repair and preventive maintenance as well as completing heavy repairs such as engine and transmission replacement.
