Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description CYLASER AMERICA is the American branch of a Laser cutting systems manufacturer based in Italy which is looking for an experienced individual who can handle all the situation regarding the CNC equipment maintenance, specifically, in the fiber laser cutting process.
The company will provide a deep and constant training; it may be necessary you to travel to Italy in order to learn the matters that cover all the topics and procedures required for this position.
Education in mechatronics, engineering or any other training and/or experience deemed relevant.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to easily interact and communicate with variety of customer and colleagues, sometime internationally also.
Talk to customers and schedule service calls.
Install, troubleshoot and repair CNC Laser Systems.
Train customers on operation and maintenance of machines.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in person, by telephone, email, etc.
Read hydraulic, pneumatic and parts diagrams.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of electrical wiring and reading schematics.
Order parts for customers.
Work productively both independently and in a group.
Learn quickly in both classroom and on-the-job training.
Learn independently by studying manuals and machinery you are exposed to.
Valid driver's license and passport.
